Return/Exchange Policy

You may return or exchange any unused item in new condition within 30 days of receiving the item. Please submit a return authorization form and then check your email for approval before sending your return back to us via the most affordable shipping method of your choice. All returned or exchanged items must include original packaging, and items in original condition in which was received.

Please note, if our quality assurance team finds the item defective after careful inspection, your return could be denied.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Returns will be processed within 5-10 business days upon receipt of the package.
  • All accepted returns will be refunded via store credit. Store credit does not expire and can be used at any time.
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Salty Savage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages when a delivery notice has been received from the carrier. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please write to us at admin@thesaltysavage.com  or submit the return authorization form within 7 days of delivery.
  • We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse a refund based on the returned condition.
  • Returns that don't meet our return criteria are subject to delayed processing times, 50% restocking fee, or denial.
  • You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your Return has been processed.
